Out of Hours Change

Dear Clients,

Up until now, Abbey House Veterinary Hospital has always provided our out-of-hours service.

We are now able to pass the overnight on-call service to our partners, Thornbury Veterinary Hospital and Vets Now. This service will be operated by experienced vets and nurses who will be on-site all night.

Vets Now will look after the out-of-hours service between 6pm and 8.30am weekdays and Thornbury Veterinary Hospital will cover Saturdays during the times of 8.30am till 12pm for any daytime appointments, reverting back to Vets Now 12pm Saturday at the same location for weekends.

This change will come into force on the 11^th of November 2024.

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our Thornbury Veterinary Hospital and Vets Now, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care.
